Very warm and comfortable vest. Quiet as well. I use it as an outer layer in mid season (Louisiana) and wear it under a jacket during late season.Really pleased with this vest. Ordered it for an upcoming hunt for an additional layering piece. The fit is exactly what I expected. I wear a Large in almost every brand and this is true to size with just enough room that I feel I could have a fleece or hoodie under it and snug enough that I could use it with just an undershirt and not have extra bulk. I really like that there are 2 chest pockets because I tend to like to carry my calls and my cell phone on my chest for easy access. Most vests only have a pocket on one side. Handwarmer pockets are also nicely sized and fleece lined. Overall, it feels like a well made and versatile vest that does everything I want it to. Very happy with my purchase.Vest fits very nice and the pockets seem to be in the right places. I like having chest pockets for easy reach in accessibility and because when I wear waders for hunting or fly fishing they are the perfect place for my cell phone.The material is very soft and it’s comfortable to wear all day. I’m a little barrel chested and other vests have rubbed around the arms openings, but not this vest, no unusual tight spots or pinch points. Great price too. Can’t believe there are vests like this out there that are $150 (and more).When I put it on my daughter asked why I picked this color and I told her because camo goes with everything!If you are looking to add a vest for layering or just knock the chill off on a spring morning this is the one for you. First off the soft quiet finish of this vest is gonna keep you warm and not make any sound when moving. I like the large zippers and rubber covered pulls that are quiet and also easy to handle with gloves. Also has a the slit in the back to accommodate a tree stand harness. Great piece of clothing, to add to your outdoor wear.I got this vest as a mid layer for early turkey hunting and bow hunting. I have several similar vests, but wanted something in old school Mossy Oak. It will allow for flexibility with undergarments. Love the extra pockets for more cargo, especially turkey calls. The large hand pockets, side zip chest pockets, and safety strap access make this vest unique. I am certain this will be my go-to mid-weight vest.Very nice for early turkey season. 6' 1" 175 and ordered a large. Its a little loose but not enough to bother with exchanging for a medium.This vest arrived a day before my hunt. Loved having it part of my gear. I wore it under my heavy coat and it really worked great as a base layer. Later that night I pealed off my heavy jacket and this vest was perfect for sitting around the fire pit. Will be buying another one.The upgrades made to this vest from the original are excellent. More pockets, a slot for your safety harness to pass through, and a color contrasting zipper are my favorites. These vests are warm and comfortable.
